2012 REALTOR® Of The Year Award
Blane Johnson, Broker with Incline at Tahoe Realty, was awarded the 2012 Nevada Association of REALTORS® (NVAR) REALTOR® of the Year Award at an NVAR Installation Dinner held at the M Resort in Henderson on November 29, 2012.
The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest award bestowed upon a member. It represents outstanding achievements serving the real estate profession. Blane has served the association in many leadership positions, most recently serving as 2012 President.
Blane is active in his Northern Nevada community and the real estate profession. He is a board member of Tahoe-Can which is the umbrella organization for 65 non-profit organizations in Incline Village. Blane has lived in the Tahoe region for 30 years and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle. Blane enjoys spending time with his family hiking, fishing and taking full advantage of the beauty of the area.

Nevada Distinguished REALTOR® Award (NDRA)
The Nevada Distinguished REALTOR® Award is a prestigious award for a Nevada REALTOR® to receive. This award was born out of a desire to recognize an individual among the membership who consistently contributes to the real estate profession and to NVAR. These contributions span many years and are often in places where their contributions may not be seen by the members.
Nevada REALTOR® Of The Year (ROTY)
The REALTOR® of the Year Award is given to a member of NVAR for effort and work expended in the interest of REALTORS®, the profession, and the community.
REALTORS® Active In Politics Award (RAP)
The RAP award recognizes a REALTOR who is involved politically at the local, state and national level, through service and contributions. The recipient is a dedicated person who wants to make a difference in their community and state by getting involved in the political affairs for Nevada.
The Joe Nolan Award
The Joe Nolan Award was created in honor of Joe Nolan, REALTOR, C.R.B. C.C.I.M., Past President of the Las Vegas Board of REALTORS and Past/President of the Nevada Association of REALTORS. Joe was a professional and knew the value of education and participation in the activities of the Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS® as well as his community. His success and ability was recognized by his peers, and the recipients of this award embody those talents.
REALTOR® Achievement Award (RAA)
The RAP award recognizes a REALTOR who is involved politically at the local, state and national level, through service and contributions. The recipient is a dedicated person who wants to make a difference in their community and state by getting involved in the political affairs for Nevada.
